I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of enhancing your running and overall wellbeing as it has greatly impacted my own life. I’m a seasoned professional sports coach with over 20 years of international experience, mainly in Australia and Japan. After relocating back to Scotland, the pandemic and first of my 3 children being born, feeling tired and burnt out, I started to invest in my own health. At mid life, I’m back feeling the best I ever have, healthy, happy and full of energy and am now dedicated to sharing this with others.
